I've posted once before on the forum on my first brew day last weekend but thought I'd take time to say hello!
I'm completely brand new to homebrewing, up until I was 20 (I'm 22 now) I never liked beer...that's mainly as I'd only ever tried Fosters and assumed everything tasted the same!
Was introduced to my first IPA and then kinda fell in love with beer, as corny as it sounds. Now I've travelled Europe trying different beers and keeping a log of them all and thought I'd try my hand at homebrewing!
As I say I'm still new so may post stupid questions on the forum from time to time as I get my head round things, but looking forward to getting started!
My first brew is a double IPA and is fermenting as we speak!
