Hi all!
I’m Tom, we’re in Newbury but I’m a Cornishman born and bred. Used to make wine from all sorts of stuff 20-odd years ago and had been harping on about making beer lately which led to being given a small-batch kit for Christmas from the wife.
I think she’s regretting it already!
So I’m currently brewing a grain & extract red ale kit which will probably be bottled this week. After that I’m going all grain and have already planned my next few brews - a maple stout, a single hop IPA (Simcoe), an American Pale Ale and a different Red Ale.
We’ll see how they go, totally expecting to make mistakes along the way which I’m hoping you’ll all help me understand.
