I set up some tall steps in the kitchen yesterday and had a look.
All the leaking I have is just local to the window closing handle at the bottom, it looks like water has been going into a loose screw hole that fixes trim to the bottom of the window. The wood has rotted away, so I am hoping I can just change the glass and wooden frame as opposed to stripping out all the flashing etc.
I guess it depends how much the design has changed over the years, the unit must be at least 12 years old.

You may have to buy a full window to get the parts you require. I have fitted a few over the years and how the window locks and pivots into frame has never changed but do check what brand it is as doesn't look like a velux brand to me.

Cheers, I will have a look online see if I can match it. If not then I will have to find someone to give me a quote.

Are there any brand names or item numbers on it anywhere?
As I said previously I think it looks more like a fakro to me.
