In my wanderings around the internet just now (something I do, in my never ending quest to learn more), I stumbled upon this rather useful PDF LINK. Going by that, what you describe sounds a heck of a lot like a Brettanomyces contamination. This doesn't have to be the end of your brew, as it could well be you actually enjoy the outcome of it on the flavour. I currently have an old ale in an FV in which I deliberately used a Wyeast mixed culture yeast which has a bit of Brettanomyces in there, as it's considered to be a yeast that gives a "traditional English" flavour to an old ale for example.

So as others have suggested, let it run it's course and taste the finished product. Heck, you may even want to keep the harvested yeast (isolated and clearly marked) just in case you really like it and want to do it again...

Had a small taste of the passion fruit pilsner in the keg and definetaly a sour taste detected there not liking it now but perhaps a bit of conditioning time it will come good smell good though!

The body and the sour taste Kind of remided me of brewdog quench quake but it isnt as sour not sure if there is any brett involved with this beer.

Mine is slightly sour, too. I made a small beer , about 2.5%, with the same yeast. I didn’t notice pellicles but to be fair I had a stinking cold and wasn’t paying much attention to anything. That is also slightly sour too. I’m cheesed off because I’ve got a lovely big batch of rinsed yeast that is probably no good now.

Hi folks

Just a quick update on this issue seems a bit of time was all that was needed no flavours present that I find off the sour taste seems to have faded out considerably but can.still be detected the passion fruit flavours mellowed out and there is a slight spicy flavours present Kind of tastes similar to a saison beer that I have tried. To top it off my wife even likes it and she has never said that and she has tasted all my beer i have ever made over the last ten years and to think I was going to send it to the fishes!
