Been a long time lurking but decided to register and try and get more use out of my equipment that’s sat there gathering dust . I am Scott and live in sunny Nairn up the north of Scotland , been home brewing on and off for a few years , but I am no expert by any means . Just pulled out some blackberrys and elderberrys from the freezer for a batch of wine ...
