Looking at Amazon a new Greg Hughes edition is due in September. There is even a recipe on the preview.

The Works now has the Jon Finch book for £2.50 so i grabbed a copy.

That’s where I got mine. A couple of nice recipes in there. Got the tiny rebel urban ipa fermenting away now

I couldn’t find sparging in the book. Was the target gravity easy to achieve?

I plan on brewing the European Lager from this book next.
