36 l Quaffable bitter
40 l Thomas Hardy Eldridge Pope Country Bitter

Total: 3501

Aiming for 6 gallons and overshot the final volume by a couple of litres but anticipated OG was actually a tad over. New malt- Bestmalz Heidelberg.
30 litres
Total 3455

23 Merseyside Dockers IPA
23 Brew works apple cider
23 Brew works elderflower cider
23 Coopers European lager

Total 3562

10.5 litres Eight Arch (Wimborne) Corbel from recipe in Andy Parker's book. Wish I'd paid more attention to the grain bill as I know perfectly well you don't need 5 Kg PAM to make 20 litres at OG 1052. Oh well, it's just going to have to be a strong version
Total: 3,703 litres

Since last reported:

20L Dark Star Hophead Clone currently carbing tastes good ( pale, caramalt, cascade, amarillo)
20L - Strong bitter (Pale, choc, crystal, EKG, Fuggles, Saaz)
20L - Czech style lager (Pilsner, Saaz)

New total 3847

Each batch 20 to 23lts

Simplified 2 hearts clone (centennial hops)

American IPA (northdown/admiral bittering, chinook/admiral/simcoe at 15/5/0)

Citra golden (first gold bittering, citra at 15/5/0) hope to dry hop with citra but might gave to put them in the keg.

Waiting for Stephen Hawkins to come back from the dead to give us a new total......
