Hi,kegged ipa after 2 weeks 3 days, last 3 days specific gravity read 1023,also added 150 gram sugar, will leave a couple of weeks.should this turn out ok.

Manually though, right? Unless a spunding valve has been fitted. 150g of sugar is a fair bit for 19l so I think you will need to vent some CO2 at some point.
Good point, mine have all had s30 valves added onto them so I can take them away and still dispense beer ok. They will release when there is too much pressure. (I blame the two dopplebocks & whisky for my reply..)

150g is 2.9 vols of co2 - not that bad. As long as you've got the line balanced enough it should be fine. That 1023 is a bit concerning, though.

Does ipa always completely clear

Well, yes, the yeast will drop eventually, but before it does it has to stop actually fermenting. Sounds to me like your ferment stopped very early and long before completion.

Until you tell us what you actually brewed, it is all a bit abstract, this "advice".

Your questions sound more like a plea for false assurance than for information.

I brewed a Raja rewards India pale ale been kegged about 3 weeks has cleared a lot but seems to be staying hazy

First comment on Amazon about this kit: "Delicious beverage. Kit did not fully ferment" Yowza.

Kit specs say 1.044 -> 1.008 so that's really far off the mark for a finishing gravity. These things happen, man. You'll probably do the next 20 brews without problems. I had a spate of stalls at 1.020 when I was using s-04 and it was really disheartening but now it's something I only remember when something like this happens.

And if a beer turns out really bad try making shandy with it. Seriously.
