Filtering

I am currently brewing Elderflower and Rose Petal ‘Champagne’, am looking for advice on filtering, any kit reviews would be helpful. Currently bubbling away in my demijohn and need help for the next stage.

The vast majority of members don't filter as with modern finings there isn't much need.

The petals and flowers are quite big so don’t think they will be hard to remove but it’s quite cloudy

It may well clear once fermentation has finished,
Let it run its course then siphon into clean demi, see how it goes from there.

As per Chippy above I don't filter as it strips out flavour and finings will normally get the job done.
I've yet to have a wine not clear given enough time.

Lily as Led Zep says time is your friend. Everything clears in time.
