...Hello All, I'm Alan and from Norfolk. I've first started brewing kits about 3 years ago and moved to all-grain a year ago. Results have been hit and miss in those brews that I've completed over the year and I've been having issues that I'm looking to address. Even with all the info out there and from what reading I have done to ensure that a brew goers smoothly, it's fair to say that I still have basic questions around the process and results I'm getting that I need to find answers to.
