Anyone used coconut chips?

I have 3 kegs full of chocolate stout which has been conditioning for 4 weeks,and was going to try some coconut,by removing the keg lid and using a Muslin bag,any thoughts on your experience of doing so.
 
I've used toasted coconut chips but at flameout and then loose in the fermenter as a 'dry hop'. I didn't use enough.....
