I brewed some Wilko stout and bottled some but left some in a pressure barrel. The bottled stuff has come out well but teh barrel stuff is very, very flat. If I take the barrel contents and add a carbonation drop before bottling, would it bring it back from the current flat state? I'm new to this, so don't mind chalking it up to experience, but at the same time, I'm happy to try a few things out, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can add more sugar to the barrel.
But if it’s flat because the barrel has a leak, that’s not going to help.

How long has it been in the barrel? You may need more yeast if you’re going to repackage it in bottles after a lengthy secondary fermentation.

You didn't say the barrel was leaking pressure....you can have flat beer from a sealed barrel,it's just run out of steam..
Where's it leaking from?

I don’t know if it is or it isnt. I’m not the OP!
But it’s definitely a possibility, as the OP hasn’t said whether it’s gone flat over time or went flat very quickly.
