I stuck my dry hops into my Brut IPA on Monday last week with the intention of bottling on Saturday.

On Saturday I was struck down with tonsillitis and have been pretty much out of action since. I’m back to work today but it’s only 1pm and I’m just about asleep at my desk.

It might be the weekend before I’m physically able to bottle. Will my beer be a grassy mess meaning I’ll need to let some hop fade happen to enjoy, or do we think I’ll be ok?

There’s 175g of hops in there

I've also left dry hops in for a long time with no apparent problem. A recent brew was pitched on 18th Feb, and kegged on 16th March. My notes aren't precise, but say it was kegged "after a LONG time under dry hops". It was a 20l batch, dry hopped with 50g Citra, 36g Mosaic & 33g Simcoe, so not at all light on the hops. I've been having the odd pint over this week, and to my taste it is absolutely delicious!
