Could anyone have a look over this for me please. I've got about 180 of mosaic and 300 citra at home to play with!

5kg Pale 2-Row 37 1.8 77%
635g Wheat 38 1.8 10%
635g Flaked Oats 33 2.2 10%
200g Honey Malt 37 25 3%

Hops
Amount Variety AA Use Time
60g Citra 12.6 Boil 10 min
45g Citra 12.6 Whirlpool at 170 °F 15 min
45g mosaic 11.3 Whirlpool at 170 °F 15 min
60g Citra 12.6 Dry Hop 5 days one day into fermentation
60g Mosaic 11.3 Dry Hop 3 days after about 6 days
60 Citra 12.6 Dry Hop 3 days after aboit 6 days

Yeast London ale 3

No need for honey malt.

No need for 10 minute boil.
Up the flameout hops. Cut down the 1st dry hop to about 10% of your overall hops and you are onto a winner

Thanks for the advice! How does this look now? I was planning on muslin bagging the first dry hops and attaching some floss to pull it out. Does that sound sensible?

Yes looks good.

Some people have different theories regards to bagging or not. I have tried both and can't tell the difference so whatever works for you.
