OVER 50 years ago I went round Ruddles Brewery in Langham, Rutland. ~Had to climb up wooden ladders to the top floor to see the malt grains hauled up on ropes and pulleys. Ruddles County at 5% was a superb beer. I believe the recipe has been purchased and used to make Grain Store 1050 - anybody confirm that ?
