30L Burco Cygnet for HLT. Then into a picnic box mash tun. Drained into a bucket, then batch sparge.

All then goes back into the Burco for the boil - it's unmodified, yet gives me a cracking vigorous boil.

I do 20L batches with this. Long term, I would like to get another Burco, mount it on a trolley, and have a gravity fed 3V system, as the only downside to my setup is that there is a fair amount of lugging around.

Cool box with a grain bag inside, 90min. mash, run that off then dunk sparge/mash out for 10 min. Peco boiler - hops in a bag for boil, chill, then all into fermenter - simples!
Cheers
Similar to @chesters-mild, except I usual to fly sparge with a home-made drilled pipe attachment and hops go straight in the wort without bag.

Used to do electric BIAB in a 60L plastic bucket with arduino temperature control, then, was considering adding a pump, more electronics, valves etc etc etc, and realised that I might as well just get an all in one for about the same money. Got a Robobrew 3.1 and am very happy with it. Working my way through Greg Hughes' book.
