Hello all. I've been brewing cider and pilsner from kits for some time now, but recently I was given a 1.8kg tin of Muntons dark malt extract. Can anybody please advise me what weight and type of hops (pellets or dried flowers?) I need to make 5 gallons of bitter? Growing up in Keighley, I was weaned on Timothy Taylor's 'Landlord' so any advice to help me produce a similar beer would be much appreciated.
