Jeez I'm really feeling the pressure on this one :confused:

For a bit of dad_of_jon style fun, how about a little "guess the final ABV" competition, because quite honestly I haven't a damn clue what this yeast'll do.

Winner will recieve a couple of bottles of the finished product, or if it turns out undrinkably bad for some reason a can of Carlsberg Special Brew as a consolation prize :cheers3:

16.34% But I should maybe be disqualified as I'm the only person with attenuation data for the Saure kveik you pitched, it's only 1 brew though and it was a 1.050 beer not a 1.143 behemoth... :-)

In that case I’ll go for 16.33% athumb..
