I have very recently returned to homebrewing after a try at it in university years ago, and am thankful to find a community with such a wealth of experience and advice. Currently brewing kits in London out of my flat with a mate. Having just consumed the last of our first batch, we are now a day on from bottling a Pilsner and have a fresh Pale Ale wort gurgling away. Hoping to keep a two brew rota going into the summer to refine the basics and move onto boiling proper recipes with extract in a few months.
