Sorry for going off topic here but I've just noticed in your signature you have done a bells 2 hearted clone. Any chance of the recipe?

Ok, the BYO recipe is slightly different. Although not much. It's for 19L.

28g Centennial - 45 mins
28g Centennial - 30 mins
14g Centennial - 0 mins
85g Centennial - dry hop (3 days)
Wyeast 1272 (21 degrees)

Have you ever tried the original. I read it was voted the best beer in America
 
Never tried it. I read that too. ATM I mainly do clones of beers that are rated world class. So far I have not been disappointed. Having said that, for most of them, I have never tried the original. Except one - Founders Breakfast Stout. I've done 2 clones of this (both from BYO recipe) and they turned out great. Really close to the original.

I have a pale ale in the fermentor that just got dry hopped today with centennial and cascade. I might give that recipe a go next.
 
I have made quite a few of the BYO and AHA recipes and they have all turned out really well. Solid recipes.
 
Two hearted brew kit striaght from Bell's Brewery - basic ingredients included and the process/timing of hop additions can be found online.

I did the version on malt miller (didn't use their pack just sourced from my LHBS) and it was a really nice beer. It had a Piney/resinous thing which was delicious. I wish I'd made a bigger batch and it will be brewed again for the Autumn!

Wow this actually isn't that far removed from a centennial IPA, I did last year. A lot more in the dry hop than I had and I had a bit of munich and cara-amber not carapils.
