Hi does anybody know where to buy the enzyme used to lower FG for a Brut IPA. I am thinking of having a go and how much do you use in a standard 23l brew?

I used 5ml for a 23 litre batch. Added at the same time as pitching the yeast. Achieved an FG of 1.000

Thanks Beersort is that all the doseage for a 23ltr batch then. Did it taste like a wine taste to the beer as some have reported?
It certainly did - although I did use Nelson sauvin, enigma and hallertau Blanc which are all ‘grapey’ in their flavour profiles.
Would definitely get some crappy macro lager adjuncts in the mash too. Flaked rice and maize for example
Just what I was going to do you must have read my mind rice and cornflakes with nelson huell melon or mandarina bavaria thanks for the advice
