hello all..
Picked up these from work last night...25 litre, marked HDPE 2, previously filled with Di water...free!
Just giving them a wash and an oxi blast.

I did it Clint and would never go back. It takes longer to cool down but no water usage and contrary to what some people say it does not affect the beer in anyway. I just let it cool to about 80c to 85c ( this also lets the **** settle out )and transfer to the Fv it is going to ferment in rather than using the cube. I mash for 45 mins plus a 10 min mash out and boil for 45 mins cuts my brew day down to 4 hours or less
