I use a Sodastream CO2 bottle with an adaptor that fits the Dark Farms Regulator as per the photograph.

I have 2 Sodastream regulators, 1 for each Corny keg - they work fine for me

For example. I use very diminutive regulators used by aquarium owners. These have fixed outputs (3-5bar) and feed "secondary" regulators, like so …
I use the same regulators on my "Pub" cylinders. Don't be fazed by the connectors; I think John Guest connectors are rubbish for gas, but most folk use JG.
