Just to report on progress. Beer been in the fridge for 4 weeks, at 4 degrees, I have cracked one bottle to taste it. I'm not really a lager drinker, but this beer is just great. Amazing taste. It will stay in the fridge for another 5 weeks, as it is for special event. Excellent quality of beer from this kit and with warm fermentation (California Lager yeast), couldn't detect any "home brew" taste. Gave a sample to a friend, who drink lager and he was impressed.
I might do one more later on or will try to replicate using all grain.
