It's a style I have yet to perfect and one I'll be putting some effort into. I like making my own recipes (not always effective) so would like some feedback please.

I have taken a target water profile from a Putty thread where @Braindead mentioned what he usually targets.

The grainbill is one that seems common 10% wheat and 10% Oat with pale ale malt as the base.

I'll stop waffling. If something needs to change please let me know.

Looks good to me! Lovely selection of hops. Bottling or kegging? If bottling get it drunk within a couple of weeks.
 
Personally I would drop the 10 min addition.
Add some flameout additions. Less hops at 3 days.
Don't dry hop at day 4. More like day 10.

Not seen London esb yeast used in a neipa

I'll get that adjusted on day 4 additions.

Do you work on a ratio of dry hopping schedule? E. G 25g day 3 and second charge at day 10 is 50g 2:1 or is it just guess work.

Curious.

As for the ESB, I'll give it a go. Intent was to have a higher FG by using it and it's all I have knocking around at the moment. That and US05
