Picked up a few cans while out and about in Bermondsey on Saturday.
1st up is this mango, chilli and pink peppercorn session pale from the London beer project.
It's probably the most orange juice looking beer I've seen but despite how it sounds and looks it's very easy drinking. The hops and mango is very subtle and there's a little background something's else going on that must be the peppercorn.

Next up is a London beer project x Three hills brewing lychee neipa at 5.8%. Not the best looking neipa I've seen but its soft and smooth with low bitterness and the lychee is just poking its head out above the other tropical fruit aromas- could do with a few more hops in it IMO.

Tonight I'm trying the 2nd of the kveik pale ales made with the Voss kveik @BeerCat originally sent to me, that I packaged at the weekend.
I have a few spare bottles and a few vials of the yeast I could send with them if anyone fancies a bottle swap?

I would be up for that. I have a mosaic Simcoe pale ale or a rye IPA. The IPA is only in the bottles a week.

Is that what you're planning on entering the competition cos I'm actually on the look out for some more kveik yeast after I killed the last lot. I could send you something in return as a thank you, I have a lemon Berliner, a Belgian blonde, or if you're happy to wait a week or two I'll have a Belgian Citra IPA.

I would thoroughly recommend it! I'm brewing my rhubarb homage to it this weekend!

Hi brewhaha, its really nice I am going to leave it now for about 3 weeks, looking at my notes I put 1k of dextrose, 500g amber dme, 250g dark soft suger, og was 1045, wet hopped on day 11, 33g of equinox, fg was 1003, 5.1% should be good,

I was

I was thinking that myself. He's roughing it tonight to see how the other half live :laugh8:
It's midweek and HB stocks are low, I can't afford the fancy beers all the time unfortunately. So had to rough it with a few from tesco. Also had a few of these Parma violet GnTs bought for SWMBO but it's bloody lovely.
