Just been reading up on this subject, I use beer mate and I noticed the alpha values it gives were lower than stated on my packets so I changed them, the hops needed went down abit, I was also reading about 30min mash 30 min boil so I played around abit and came up with this

Alcohol (ABV): 4.62 %
Colour (SRM): 6.2 (EBC): 12.2
Bitterness (IBU): 43.1 (Tinseth - No Chill Adjusted)
87.5% Maris Otter Malt
12.5% Munich II
0.8 g/L Target (11.7% Alpha) @ 30 Minutes (Boil)
0.8 g/L East Kent Golding (5.46% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Aroma)
0.8 g/L East Kent Golding (5.46% Alpha) @ 10 Minutes (Aroma)
0.5 g/L East Kent Golding (5.46% Alpha) @ 5 Minutes (Aroma)

Single step Infusion at 66°C for 30 Minutes. Boil for 30 Minutes
Fermented at 20°C with Safale US-05

I am not going to brew it I want to do a full boil brew first, I know all this is not new but it is to me I am new to all grain and want to learn all I can, happy brewing
