I bought a Milton substitute the other day Bambini 79p for one litre, say no rinse but I did anyway I brewed my pale ale in fv no nastie's now bottled, smelt like Milton and the powdered stuff from wilko's
 
I think the milton one is chlorine based so you should rinse for home brew as it interferes with the yeast though its fine for baby's bottles etc.

I seem to struggling to buy Star San in the UK at the moment, anyone know where I can get some that's not an arm or leg!

Brewing a stout tomorrow........ For Christmas!
It's still in stock at Geterbrewed for normal prices. Maybe Ireland suppliers are sourcing it elsewhere?
