After having a conversation with a customer about homebrew etc we got onto overpriced commercial beers and decided that Brewdog were one of the culprits, he pointed me in the direction of Millstone brewery and especially the Jaipur IPA, I bought a couple of cans from Waitrose today and was not disappointed, very hoppy but not too hoppy.

The misses bought me a brewdog hop rocket 668ml I tried it earlier wow there is a serious amount of hops in that, anyone got a clone recipe
Look up diy dog they have all there recipes on there they don't give exact timings but you should be able to get close.

First taste of my Belgian IPA: Pilsner, Vienna, Munich, and biscuit malt with citra, cascade, and columbus hops, fermented with Wy3787.

Really pleased with this one, the yeast flavours blend nicely with the fruity hops.

Looks super nice!

I’m drinking my Young’s AIPA tonight, which is gorgeous, but on Wednesday night after a game of squash, I popped into a Wetherspoons and had a pint of ‘Wimbledon SW19’. It was really good. Never seen it before but guess it’s brewed for the tournament and Wetherspoons buy the leftovers. Lovely summer evening pint.

I started with a homebrew saison tonight and now drinking this tasty pale ale.

Signal failure. Broken down train. Trespassers on the track. All the excuses have been trotted out tonight. Massively late home tonight and boy am I enjoying a cold pint of my Tettnang Pilsner. Two weeks in the keg and nicely carbed, crisp and clear.

I think I'm going to like this one left over from my holiday in Scotland. Can't rememder where I bought it though. Smells good and the first sip has a distinct after taste of dark red fruit like blackberry.

A locally brewed XX Bitter, and a can of Jupiler at the bnb. Tonight maybe a better score in France.
