How about kegging it? Expensive option but at least it's ready in time
Best thing I ever did was get a keg. Don’t get me wrong, I do still bottle as I find it slight therapeutic but it’s a lot nicer out of the keg. There are some good deals about, just bought my second from HomeBrew Online https://www.home-brew-online.com/equipment-c40/aeb-cornelius-style-keg-19-litre-reconditioned-p3188 but they also do starter deals. I think I got my first from The Malt Miller https://www.themaltmiller.co.uk/product/complete-19l-keg-setup/

You’ll never look back.

Missus disagrees.

The therapeutic bottling or kegs being the best thing since sliced bread?

My missus disagrees with me all the time, I just pour another (and brew her wine). Trying to work out if wine can be kegged.
