Hi There
I've just may have messed up my lager. During the boil phase I forgot the Irish moss. So what is now best, cold crash the lager after fermentation and put the Gelatine in the primary, or add the Gelatine to the keg?
Please advise

The kettle finings often make sod all difference so don't worry about it. If you're doing gelatine then do it post fermentation and either before you keg or in the keg. Some people call gelatine liquid time/liquid lagering.

I was listening to a Brulosophy podcast about short and shoddy Kolsh today that might be great reading for you. http://brulosophy.com/2018/09/20/short-shoddy-kolsch/
