Hi all,

In need of advice please. I'm in the process of fermenting a Kolsch. Its currently sat at 2 degrees and I'm preparing to bottle. My questions are, at what temp should I prime, bottle and condition my brew ?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Cheers Nick

Prime and bottle at whatever temperature you're at now then raise to room temperature for a few weeks to get the remaining yeast up and running again for the secondary fermentation. Then store in a cool dark place until drinking time.

I usually carbonate at 20 then drop the temperature back down to cold again for conditioning.
