I got married last weekend, and being as we were just a handful of miles from the purity brewery, I plumped for UBU as our wedding ale.

When I asked the new Mrs Pottsworth what she fancied having on tap next (a general sure fire way to get any brew day approved), she said "You've just done a NEIPA, so how about UBU" (I knew there was a reason I married her!).

I emailed the brewery on the off chance, but haven't had anything back, so I was wondering if anyone had a recipe that had worked for them in the past.

The only 2 I've found online are one from another forum:

4.5Kg Maris Otter
250g Crystal 120
250g Torrified Wheat
50g Challenger @ 90
50g Cascade @ 5
50g Challenger @ 5
50g Cascade @ flameout
Safale S04

And the malt miller kit:
4430 g Maris Otter
500 g Pale Crystal Malt
30 g Black Malt
246 g Dingemans Wheat Malt
100g Cascade

Has anyone tried either of these, or something different, with any success (or with complete failure...)?
 
Having plumbed those numbers into beersmith, it comes out with a much higher ABV and IBU than the real stuff.

A revised recipe to hit the IBUs and ABV of the purity product:
4kg MO
250g Crystal 120
250g torrified wheat

25g Challenger @ 90
25g Cascade @ 5
25g Challenger @ 5
25g Cascade @ flameout
