I am about to bulk prime and bottle some TC.

I am looking to also sweeten at priming stage with "TRUVIA"; which is sweetener from the Stevia leaf.

Sugars = 0%
Polyols = 99%

Is this sweetener non-fermentable does anyone know?

After a bit of Sunday morning research it looks like Truvia is good choice.

Wiki says it's an erythritol and rebiana sweetener concoction manufactured by Cargill and developed jointly with the Coca-Cola Company.
Coca-cola also made something called PureVia but is only available in the US.

Erythritol is created when a type of yeast ferments glucose from corn or wheat starch.
Rebiana is a cold water extract of the dried Stevia leaf and has less bitterness at the finish.

Neither have any negative effects or data that they cause health problems even at stupidly higher doses.
