Problem maybe, airlock nearly continous activity for two days now stopped? still foam on the wort, do i just leave it?

There is your answer - it's still fermenting. Airlocks aren't reliable indicators of fermentation as they need a really good seal to work. Just leave it, preferably at least 14 days.

Should be a good brew, my last Hobgoblinish one was.

Cheers for putting my mind at rest! first two days the airlock was going mental then dead stop:eek:

Hi,

I am a bit new to the AG brewing and was looking online as to where to get the grains listed in the OP. Ive had a look at various places on line but not had any joy in finding them. Any help would be most welcome.

Many Thanks

Keith

The ingredients in the OP are readily available from any home brew shop still open, or any of the main online suppliers (Homebrewshop, Maltmiller, Brewuk, Geterbrewed, Crossmyloof plus many more) just look around to find one with reasonable shipping costs.

The pale malt is often referred to as Maris Otter or Golden Promise (the strains of barley used to create the malt), Crystal would be a light or medium crystal malt and Chocolate malt is all pretty much the same anywhere. You should be able to get hops and yeast from the same place.
