Hey all; after a 7 year long hiatus from brewing (due to travelling, education and work) i have decided to return with huge gusto!

I have so many plans ahead of brews i want to try, i have only previously done Standard turbo ciders, wine kits and 1 beer kit. I still have a couple of bottles of a Rose-hip Wine i did back in 2012 which i still haven't tasted - what's the bets it's not going to be great? :laugh8: I am also now making fairly extensive notes for every recipe i have currently tried.

Also i was wondering if anyone had any ideas for a "Tepache" recipe?

a list of the brews i've started over the past month, im currently making some small batches to get used to finding out what flavours i like now, flavours my family/friends would enjoy as well as experimenting with new things:

Bottled
Hard Lemonade (Hooch) - 4.5 litres of 4.5% ABV,
Youngs Strawberry Wine Buddy kit - 6 bottles 9% ABV
Cherries and Berries Turbo Cider - 4.5 litres 5.5% ABV
Strawberry and Lime Turbo Cider - 4.5 Litres 4.5% ABV

Fermenting
Traditional Cornish Mead - 4.5 Litres
Black Rock "Blonde" Malt base extract added with MT Hood Hops - 23 Litres
Standard Turbo cider - 4.5 Litres (to experiment with added secondary flavours)
Alcohol Base/Sugar wine - 4.5 Litres (i want to make some sort of sweet liqours and experiment with higher %
Pineapple Turbo Cider - 4.5 Litres
Rose Style WOW - 4.5 Litres

Cheers acheers.

Andy
