It’s got to be a 2 part pouring process, one for the beer and one for the head. No chance that’s natural.

If the head is made of foamy roasted grain juice (not sure how) it might make the beer taste like a stout as you drink through the head

The white part looks fantastic, how do I make a beer that looks like that??
The black head is rather unappealing though asad.

No way you can do that with ordinary grain? Unless virtually raw wheat malt or the like? I’d love to know how they’ve done it

Looks like a slow pour, Czech Mlìko style with some sort of addition to the top which looks to have a very odd texture, perhaps soft serve frozen Stout.
