Hi, I'm pretty new to home-brewing. Having done one Mild about 10 years ago, using the extract method that came in a can, I'm keen to restart my adventure.
Still in the early stages of sourcing the equipment needed and trying to decide whether to go down the same route as last time or down the full grain route.
