I've been brewing for a while; recently invested in a robobrew and all seems to be working ok. all of my experience was in Australia, but now I'm living in Singapore the heat makes brewing a tad more complicated.

came across this forum in my quest to create cask ale. keen to discuss techniques and hacks to achieve that great UK beer.

Welcome!

Have you looked into using kveik yeast as that can cope with higher temperatures?

Hello Angmoguy and welcome to Valhalla. I heard it gets a bit warm in Oz, too. How did you manage there?
sorry for the delay in replying - fell off the planet.

Yes, aus does get very hot in summer. but i had a nice big shed and could fit two large fridges. happy brewing temp was maintained. here in Singapore however, space is at a premium, so its a small fridge and 1 fermentor at a time.
