I have a SS Brewtech 7 Gal Chronical and I'm considering purchasing the glycol chiller plus the whole FTS2 system with heat pad.

Some yeast now preferring higher fermentation temperatures (Kviek, Belgians) my question is around how high can you get the fermentation vessel wort using just the heat pad ? Assuming a standard room ambient temperature of 68-70f say

Anyone have any experience of this ?

I understand you could use warm water within the 'chiller' to increase temperature but I do not want to go down the route of heating glycol if I don't need to... I'd like a single set up I can use for various beer styles including ales & lagers without having to alter equipment - that's the whole point of the system

Thanks
