Hi guys on my third bat h of home brew now, do my brewing in the utility room so it’s cold, I got a head pad for the initial fermentation so the bucket was a good temp but secondary fermentation (I’ve bottled) is not going to work at the temperature, I put the heat pad in the cupboard with the bottles but not kept it warm so it’s about 12 degrees, does it matter if it skips the secondary?

Hi Daniel, it will need secondry ferment for carbonation if you have primed for sparkling cider.
