I'm thinking of doing the above from James Morton's book.
Question is, I have dried elderflowers and think will add as an aroma steep like a hop tea. What quantity of dried elderflowers to water should I use? Am planning on a 10 litre batch.
Thanks

Update on this, was bottled on 23 Nov so had a wee early taste today. A lot darker in colour than expected but must say it's a light flavour of Elderflower. I was a bit concerned that it would overwhelmingly Elderflower. As things go, it's pretty good, so putting it out in the shed and will try not to touch it till Xmas.
Thanks @Sadfield

It's the Elderflower Ale from James Morton's Brew book.
I'll dig it out if you don't have access to the book
Have you ever tried William's Bros Birds and Bees? If so, is your beer along the same lines? If yes would you mind posting it aa I dont have that book but really like Birds and Bees.

Elderflower Pale Ale 20l

FG 1.010- 1.012
ABV 5.8- 6%

Pale Malt: 4.5kg
Crystal Malt: 0.3kg
Caster sugar: 0.15kg

Chinook(13%AA) First wort hop - 20g
Simcoe Boil 15 mins - 20g
Chinook Aroma Steep - 50g
Simcoe Aroma Steep - 80g
Fresh Elderflowers Aroma Steep - 1 litre jug of fresh flowers, stalks removed

Yeast: US-05, WLP001, Wyeast 1056

I used dried Elderflowers and CML Pale Ale yeast, and made a 10l batch.

I really like Birds and Bees, but don't think that this is similar. Also it turned out quite "dark" for a "pale" ale.
That said it was one of the best I've done

I've just bottled the Elderflower Ale from GH book, it's conditioning in the shed.
Will see how it compares to the other one; Hops are completely different

Tried the Greg Hughes Elderflower Ale last night. Afraid to report it's not a patch on the Jas Morton's one. Oh well, I've only got another 9.5l to drink:laugh8:
