Hey @Mungri was only when I got my order delivered that I realised that I’d only ordered a 50g bag of hops.

I’ll whack them in and see what it does. Can’t do any harm at such a small quantity.

Cheers

I bought 100g of lemon drop with my last order from Cross My Loof just to try. Planning on a brew this week and I came up with 'what about something quite wheat beer themed?' Managed to pretty much replicate this recipe without even seeing it. Then I stumbled across this thread. I'm just wondering where to go with yeast. Can't decide whether to stick with a wheat beer yeast or go with something a little more subtle.

White Labs American wheat will give you the cloudy appearance but without super strong flavours of banana or clove.

Hi @proost. I did 19c for about 2 weeks then banged it up to 23c for a couple of days. Dry hopped at 14c for 2-3 days then down as low as I could for a cold crash.

The beer was really good. The lemon drop isn't huge on flavour but left a subtle, lemony flavour. It was really enjoyed by my lager drinking family and friends over Christmas, something of a gateway beer.

Brilliant, thanks for that. I'll definitely give it try
