I used imperial juice yeast

That's exactly what I would've gone for. Extra fruity character. I've used 1056/US-05 for NEIPAs and they've worked out nicely, but I'm quite surprised that Hazy Jane uses such a neutral yeast.

I believe Juice is the same strain as 1318 Juice. Imperial Yeasts are amazing. Got in contact with them on Facebook and they said that they are working to get access back in to the European market.

I'll be using third generation 1318 yeast so hopefully that will go well. Have you seen the 1g 10 minute addition on the recipe and have a view as to whether it's a typo?

No, if you see the full scale recipe it matches the ratios of hops for that.

I think that’s the brewing equivalent of the princess and the pea... if you can spot that gramme you’re pretty special.

For 100hl these are the hop additions.
