Have a look at the advertising sponsor forum for suppliers. :thumba:

Welcome Backyard_Brewer, and welcome back to brewing. Everyone has they're "go to" yeast I think, and for that has changed a couple of times over the past few years. I'm very impressed with the Mangrove Jack's range, excellent yeasts, but many of the names are very misleading- you might be led to believe they;re mostly American strains. Not so.
What sort of stuff do you like to brew?

I tend to brew Iowa's and pale ales mainly but also Belgian ales and shouts occasionally. My go to is s05 mangrove jacks west coast for ipas and american hopped palea and s04 for English style ales and stouts. I've used several white labs Belgian style yeasts. I'm intrigued by the kveik yeast that ferment at higher temps but not tried them yet.
