I have just completed my fermented fridge. I have the Inkbird ITC 308 wifi, but I just don't get the instructions on setting the temperature.
Does anyone know where I can find a more understandable explanation of how to set it up?
Thanks.

Press and hold the set button for 3 seconds, then you can update the setpoint to what you want by using the up and down arrows. Once complete press and hold the set buttong ot 3 seconds again.
Or use the app on your mobile device, to upate the SV value.

I have set the temp that I want, just a little confused by the settings on the App.

So Ill try and simplify it.

HD - Heating Differential, so if you have a SP of 21. The heating relay will kick in at 20.7c, if you have this set at 0.3
CD - Cooling Differential, so if you have a SP of 21. The cooling relay will kick in at 21.3c, if you have this set at 0.3
Hi temp and Low temp values are alarms.
Refridgerarion delay is, a time based entry to delay the cooling function by x mins. This could be to take into account hysterisis, or cycle protection for the cooling device.
Temp Calibraton - to correct probe errors. If the proble says 21c but its 25c, you would alter this value.
Unit Switch = C of F.

Hope this helps.

That's great Deathstar. So would you have as HD & CD of 0.3 each way, does that sound about right?
So if i set the alarms to just outside these paramaters, is that over cautious? Would you have a say a 5° difference before the alarm kicks off?

Your advise (and knowledge) is appreciated.

At the moment, I am only heating due to the location of my FV's, but I have mine set to 0.3 and its tracking well. I have not bothered with the alarms to be honest. I slowly dialed down the HD whist testing using the wifes wine FV.
