Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and also to brewing. I'm looking forward to picking the brains of the more experienced brewers out there. I apologise in advance for the number of daft questions I'll no doubt send everyone's way. Bit of background about myself. I'm originally from Buxton in the Peak District but I now live in Spain, this of course means a lot of questions will be temperature related as cooling the wort down is quite tricky for me at the moment.
Anyway, looking forward to getting stuck in!
