Just about to mash in with a 5% Anchor Porter type beer!

UK Black Malt 0.070 kg 1.9 % 14.3 In Mash/Steeped
UK Roasted Barley 0.017 kg 0.5 % 4.2 In Mash/Steeped

EDIT! Just checked and I've ran out of cascade so it's gonna be centennial instead! :D

Centennial = 11.9% AA so
8g 60 mins = 11.5 IBU
6g 1 mins = 0.4 IBU
 
Let us know how this one turns out, I quite fancy a go at something along the same lines. :thumb:

Someone on Jim's pointed me towards THIS thread on the NB forum. Apparently according to the brewer form anchor they use over 15% 40L crystal and just northern brewer hops with 3 additions.

This obviously means that my attempt will be somewhat different to the original, although I'm hoping still nice!

After going through the NB thread I have come up with the following recipe for next time! :D

UK Pale Ale Malt - Marris Otter 3.712 kg 76.5 % 4.2 In Mash/Steeped
UK Light Crystal 0.742 kg 15.3 % 12.0 In Mash/Steeped
UK Black Malt 0.233 kg 4.8 % 47.7 In Mash/Steeped
UK Chocolate Malt 0.165 kg 3.4 % 28.2 In Mash/Steeped

German Northern Brewer 8.0 % 35 g 32.9 Loose Whole Hops 90 Min From End
