Looks like I was totally wrong about the hops, I'll have to try a First Gold SMASH.

Just had a pint of Broadside in the Mitre, Hatton Garden, London. Very fruity. Probably been on cask a day or so longer than its best. Still good though. I reckon Adnams secret is their dual strain yeast.

This rather fantastic 2 year barrel aged pale. Beautiful complex lambic flavours with an interesting hop bitterness which reminds me slightly of Cantillon Iris, which is high praise indeed.

I'm on my 3rd pint of Coopers real ale.
It came out at 3.92% ABV..and quite a tasty brew into the bargain.

Enjoying a couple of pints of my Outback Ale No.2 after dinner tonight. Really enjoying this one and looking forward to brewing a lot more with Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin next year now I'm fully stocked up with those hops.
