23L of MJ juicy session IPA with 1kg of LME

Total = 19,991

I've added the extra 1 as Hoddy was one short
 
12l brewferm raspberry ale for the missus.
23l pilsener Urquell for me

20 litres of American Pale Ale, pale malt, carapils, honey malt, biscuit malt, cara 40, torrified wheat, chinook and Amarillo.
using up some bits of grain.

17.5 ltrs Wilko Spiced winter Ale
21 ltrs 'make your own' premium lager
4.5ltrs Californian Connoisseur Merlot
5 ltrs white grape j concentrate/apple wow
20 ltrs make your own Aipa

20L Cwtch kit, which will hopefully be ok - just pitched some MJ New World yeast, (thanks to @dave_77 :hat:) 48hrs after starting and the kit yeast doing absolutely nothing.....

I'll round up my brews:
  • 9 l of Highway to Hell, my personal Duvel clone
  • 6 litre blond beer, used to grow St.-Bernardus yeast (Ceci n'est pas un St.-Bernard)
  • 9 litre of St.-Bernardus Triple clone
  • 8 litre of St.-Bernardus Abt 12/WV12 clone
  • 7,5 litre of weizenbock
  • 7,5 litre of Kasteel Donker clone
  • 1,3 litre of simple beer, for propagation of Rochefort yeast (but I am fermenting it properly, and I will bottle it!)
That makes 48 litre for a
total of 20278l
 
25 litres West Coast ipa
25 litres experimental mixed wheat malts and hops (sterian wolf + Hallertau Blanc) with dried orange peel added during cooling... fermentation going mad keeps bunging up airlock, froth tastes bitter orange overpowering! worried!
